Continuing our journey to becoming a Carbon Literate Organisation further training was carried out at our Manchester site recently for our management team with the help of in-house trainers from our parent company Indutrade UK.
The interactive sessions involves many discussions from the trainers and participants and is accredited against the Carbon Literacy Standard and introduces insightful information and starts individuals on their Carbon Literacy journey.
Topics include the science and impacts of climate change with existing responses and solutions, awareness of our own carbon footprint and where individual action along with working together matters, to create a better world.
Employees successfully completing their day’s worth of Carbon Literacy learning and evidence form are awarded their uniquely numbered Carbon Literacy certification, contributing towards the bronze Carbon Literate Organisation (CLO) accreditation for our company.
