Our dedicated service and maintenance team of engineers are committed to a very busy summer with scheduled visits, which involves overhauling many of our leak test systems, with this one pictured being one of many in constant operational use at a vehicle manufacturing facility for over ten years.

These robust leak detection systems were designed and installed for the specific application of providing the leak tightness verification of automotive heater cores, which are a small radiator located under the dashboard of many types of automotive vehicles.

Heater cores are conductive aluminium or brass tubing constructed with cooling fins designed to increase the surface area. Hot coolant which passes through the heater core gives off heat (used to warm the vehicle interior), before returning to the engine cooling unit.

The company is global, developing and manufacturing various automotive parts, including petrol and diesel engine components, hybrid vehicle components, climate control systems, instrument clusters, airbag systems, pre-crash radar systems and spark plugs.

Our experienced engineers perform various safety tests and leak test cycles before the test systems are released back into operational duties, making sure they run cost-efficiently and operate effectively, using original genuine manufacturer parts and no equivalents.
