We were delighted to recently host a visiting delegation from our parent company, Indutrade’s headquarters in Stockholm, to our Manchester facility, where we specialise in leak detection design and manufacturing. Our guests were on a guided tour through the region’s most innovative technology and systems solutions companies in the Northwest of England.
It was an excellent opportunity for our highly skilled leak test engineers, managers and senior leaders to lead small-group tours of our facility, offering brief but insightful discussions on both current projects and exciting new developments.
Among the projects in production is the upgrade and modification of one of our leak detection systems, in continuous operation since 2013, leak testing compressors for refrigeration and HVAC applications as we prepare the system for testing a new generation of compressor technologies.
Another key project in development is a fully automated leak detection system for a leading global industrial chemical and gas solutions provider. This helium leak test system includes a vacuum chamber, leak detection and pump set modules, as well as automation features such as handling robots, a sniffer robot, a drying station along with a full safety enclosure.
We were also pleased to have with us West Technology Forensics, the world-leading manufacturer of forensic Vacuum Metal Deposition (VMD®) Systems for latent fingerprint development on non-porous and semi-porous materials. Their VMD® systems are the standard in UK Forensic Labs and are used by government agencies and police departments worldwide.
This visit offered a valuable opportunity to showcase our innovative projects and strengthen connections with global partners.
